Presentations for Parents
Jocelyn's presentations to parents capture up-to-the-minute trends on young people, technology & current research. Designed for parents of teenagers/high school kids, her style is dynamic, informative and practical. Parents walk away with new tools for managing their families technology use, having tough conversations and understanding aspects of development that are impacted by technology and learning.

Playshops for Millennials
Jocelyn's Digital Nutrition 'playshop' for Millennials and regular technology users shows participants how to apply the 3 M's: mindful, meaningful and moderate to their tech habits and to develop personalised hacks for a healthy digital lifestyle. We start by taking an audit of usage and cognitions and work through to design a sustainable plan for change without digital abstinence and restrictions.

What people say about Jocelyn's presentations
It was probably the most practical and useful session on safe use of technology that I have been to. Jocelyn put a completely different slant on how to manage a generation of children that have been fully immersed in technology and how we as parents can try to understand them. Her recommendations were realistic and I walked away feeling that I could actually implement some of these strategies, rather than having to put on the battle gear to deal with the daily ‘technology fight
Mum of 2 teenagers, Melbourne, August 2018
The presentations surpassed my expectations and I liked how you linked and understanding of the brain, an individualised, more complex overview of how young people use technology and ideas for how young people can make good decisions about their technology use and parents can also support and model these.
Leader of Wellbeing, Private College, July 2018
This was the highlight of the morning for me, such great information and delivery by Jocelyn. I try to model the "mindful, meaningful and moderate" mantra from now on
Attendee at the Youth Health Forum, Children's Hospital Westmead, July 2018
Jocelyn was well informed of external contributing factors that impact upon teenagers in our modern society such as smartphones and apps and I was pleased to hear about this. I liked the Emotions Coaching tools used to plan ahead for the challenges teenagers come across as well. The workshop was engaging and useful. I was glad to attend.
